At House of Atar, we are committed to delivering your exquisite fragrances safely and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process and timelines.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including:
Dubai
Abu Dhabi
Sharjah
Ajman
Ras Al Khaimah
Fujairah
Umm Al Quwain
We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping Fee: A standard shipping fee of AED 25 will be applied to all orders below AED 300
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders exceeding AED 500.
3. Delivery Timelines
Our goal is to get your perfume to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and UAE public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM GST on a business day will begin processing the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, your order will typically be delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your location within the UAE.
Major Cities (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 2-3 business days
Other Emirates/Remote Areas: 3-5 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are provided as a guideline and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or peak periods.
4. Delivery Process
Courier Service: We partner with reputable local courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier will typically attempt delivery 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional charges for re-delivery may apply, or your order may be cancelled and refunded minus any shipping costs incurred.
Receiving Your Order: A signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive and sign for your package. If you are not available, please ensure you have authorized someone else to receive the order on your behalf.
PO Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
5. Incorrect Address & Contact Details
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address and contact details (including a valid mobile number) at the time of placing the order.
House of Atar will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Any additional costs incurred for re-delivery due to incorrect address information will be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged or Missing Items upon Delivery
Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, or if items appear to be missing, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and make a note on the delivery receipt if possible.
Contact our customer service team at customersupport@houseofatar.com or +971-50-6631-087 within 24 hours of delivery with details and clear photographs of the damaged packaging/items. We will investigate the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address or cancel the order.
If you need to change your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at customersupport@houseofatar.com or +971-50-6631-087 within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
